Here is my friend Don McGilvery, whom I see at various Fun-Flys, holding his electric powered C-130 Hercules.  Don says the plane has a 75" span, weighs 4 pounds.  He as $9.00 each in the motors.  Don is from Ft. Myers, FL.

Shown here, John Burdin, with his magnificent North American F-86 Sabre.  Many of these Sabres were used in air shows in clusters of 4.  John's F-86 is a replica of a Skyblazer.  The brand new US Air Force accepted the F-86A (First P-86A) in May of 1948.  The F-86 remained first line for several years.

Dick Allen of Naples, FL, is tuning up his British Chipmonk Trainer for flight.  Dick's plane flew perfect.

This snap shows Maj. Ben Preston kneeling behind his P-40 model.  This P-40 was a good flyer.

Bruce Horvath from West Pasco Model Pilots Association is shown here with his PT-19-B.  Claude Provencial is here also, Claude will be helping when Bruce is actually flying the plane.  His PT-19-B has an 89" wing, weighs 16lbs, is powered with a MOKI-180.

Here is the team of Armen Farmanian and Bill Benner again.  Earlier they were flying their prop driven US Navy Turbine.  Here they are about to fly a US Marines VMFA-531 prop driven plane.  Both flyers hail from Riverview, FL.
